چکیده
Objective To evaluate the effects of different ovarian stimulation protocols on in vitro fertilization/intracytoplasmic sperm injection (IVF/ICSI) outcomes infertile women with adenomyosis. Methods We carried out a retrospective cohort study among adenomyosis receiving IVF/ICSI treatment, including 257 fresh embryo transfer (ET) cycles and 305 frozen (FET) cycles. In ET cycles, ultra-long, long, short, antagonist were adopted. FET patients received long-acting GnRH agonist (GnRHa) pretreatment or not. The primary outcome was clinical pregnancy rate (CPR), secondary included implantation (IR), miscarriage (MR), live birth (LBR). Results compared ultra-long long protocols, IR (49.7%, 52.1% versus 28.2%, P=0.001) CPR (64.3%, 57.4% 35.6%, P=0.004) significantly decreased short protocol. Similarly, inclination 33.3%) (57.4%, 64.3% 38.2%) existed protocol, although no statistical significance detected because strict P adjustment Bonferroni method (P adj =0.008). Compared LBR protocol obviously (48.2% 20.3%, P<0.001). matter which origin embryos, there differences IR, CPR, LBR. For ≥35 years ET, higher (52.1%, 50.0% 20.0%, 27.5%, P=0.031) to protocols. FET, embryos originating from had proportions GnRHa (30.4%,30.00 63.9%, 51.4%, P=0.009). (61.1%, 48.6% 32.6%, 25.0%, P=0.020) (58.3%, 30.4%, P=0.024) than rates but supported Conclusion adenomyosis, if planned for transfer, an might be beneficial. If used, whole followed by recommended. derived impact outcomes.

This study was carried out to explore associations between assisted reproductive technology (ART) and maternal and neonatal outcomes compared with similar outcomes following spontaneously conceived births. We conducted a retrospective cohort study of pregnancies conceived by ART (N = 2641) during 2006-2014 compared to naturally conceived pregnancies (N = 5282) after matching for maternal age an...
